Vitan Games Ltd (“Vestra”) collects the account details you give us when you sign up — such as name, username, email, and postcode — so we can run competitions, memberships, and gym tools.

In this demo build, account data is stored locally in your browser. A production Vestra service would hold the same kinds of records on secured servers and only share them with gyms or partners when needed to run an event you join. Athlete and admin postcodes stay private; gym postcodes are shown on public gym profiles so athletes can find the venue.

We do not sell personal data. You can ask to update or delete your account details through Contact. Payment and entrance records may be kept where we have a legal or operational need to do so.
